Data and purpose
The hosting service may process your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request time, referring page and security events to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the website.
If you email SourceReady, including to request launch updates, the sender details and message you provide are used to respond and manage reasonable follow-up. Do not email documents, credentials or sensitive project content.
This processing is based on SourceReady’s legitimate interests in operating a useful, secure website and answering enquiries. The site is hosted through OpenAI Sites and related infrastructure; Google provides the email service. Those providers process technical or message data to supply their services and may process it outside the UK under their applicable safeguards.
SourceReady does not maintain a separate visitor analytics database. Hosting providers may retain limited operational and security records under their service policies. Enquiry and launch update emails are kept only while they are needed to respond, manage reasonable follow-up or meet a legal requirement, then deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict personal data, obtain a copy, or object to its use.
